Anthony
L. Converse is an intellectual property and litigation
attorney. Mr. Converse is licensed to practice before the
USPTO on behalf of his clients as a Patent Attorney. He also
represents clients in complex civil litigation and
arbitration. Mr. Converse has aided clients in creating and
managing their IP portfolios by providing a range of
services such as drafting patentability, freedom-to-operate,
and invalidity opinions, preparing option and licensing
agreements, and drafting patent, trademark and copyright
applications. Mr. Converse graduated cum laude from the
University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in
Aerospace Engineering in 2004. He then remained at Oklahoma
to attain his Master of Business Administration and his
Juris Doctor in 2008. Mr. Converse is licensed to practice
law in the State of Colorado and is admitted to practice
before the United States District Court for the District of
Colorado and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. His
affiliations include: the Denver, Colorado and American Bar
Associations, American Intellectual Property Law
Association, American Institute of Aeronautics and
Astronautics, National Italian American Foundation, and Big
Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado.
