Nicole M. Detweiler

Nicole M. Detweiler is an associate attorney who concentrates her practice in bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and commercial litigation.  Nicole represents trustees, creditors and debtors in a wide variety of bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor P.C., Nicole served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth E. Brown and Honorable A. Bruce Campbell in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.  Nicole also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Bruce W. Black, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. 

In law school, Nicole served as an editor for The John Marshall Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Council.
