Matthew
M. Wolf is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on
complex civil litigation and arbitration. His practice
includes banking, securities and employment litigation, and
he frequently represents financial institutions, borrowers,
employees and investors, as well as corporate entities, in
complex business litigation. While Matt has successfully
tried and arbitrated numerous cases to conclusion, he
strives to achieve early resolutions for his clients, either
through settlement or an early determination of the merits
of a claim.
Matt received his undergraduate degree from the University
of Denison and graduated with honors from the State
University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law, with a
concentration in finance transactions in 2001. While at the
University at Buffalo, Matt served on Law Review, was a
member of Moot Court and was inducted into the Order of the
Barristers for exhibiting excellence in oral advocacy.
Matt is currently a member of the National Panel of
Arbitrators for the National Association of Securities
Dealers (n/k/a) FINRA. He is also a member of the Colorado
Bar Association Ethics Committee and the Committee on
Professionalism. He is licensed to practice in the states of
Colorado and New York, and has been admitted to practice in
the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Eighth
and Tenth Circuits, as well as numerous federal district
courts, including district courts in Arkansas, Colorado,
Missouri, New Mexico and New York. Matt was named a Rising
Star by Colorado SuperLawyers in 2009 and 2010.
