Michael A. Vellone is a 1987 graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all Colorado state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. His practice has been diverse and includes both civil litigation and transactional work in the areas of commercial law, business organization, contracts, creditors’ rights, real estate, insurance defense, product liability, and general civil and appellate practice. Additionally, Mr. Vellone’s professional experience prior to entering the practice of law involved substantial work with the courts for approximately ten years in connection with his positions with the Colorado State Judicial Department and the Department of Social Services. Mr. Vellone is a member of the Denver, Colorado, and American Bar Associations and is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated attorney.
