Mark A. Larson is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and complex civil litigation.  Mark has represented bankruptcy trustees, debtors, and creditors in a wide range of bankruptcy matters including the prosecution and defense of adversary proceedings and contested matters arising under the Bankruptcy Code, and he represents Chapter 7 debtors in preparing and filing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition.  In addition to his bankruptcy practice, he represents the rights of corporate and individual clients in commercial disputes in state and federal court.

Mark strives with each and every case to achieve an early resolution for his clients, either through settlement or an early determination of the merits of a claim.  When a case cannot be resolved early, he has extensive experience in conducting discovery, motions practice, and obtaining a determination on the merits in trial.  Mark also handles appellate cases and has argued before the Colorado Supreme Court.

While in law school, Mark was a member of the Moot Court Board and a member of the national moot court team competing at the National First Amendment Moot Court Competition at Vanderbilt University.
