Kevin D. Allen

Kevin D. Allen's practice emphasizes employment law and commercial litigation.  In the area of employment law, Kevin is experienced in matters involving federal and state civil rights litigation, restrictive covenant and misappropriation of trade secrets litigation and other business tort litigation arising out of the employment setting. He is also experienced in providing counsel regarding a full range of other personnel and workplace issues, primarily on behalf of employers.  Kevin is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated attorney and has been named a Colorado Super Lawyer since 2007.
