Bankruptcy/Litigation Attorney I
Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor P.C. is a professional and engaging environment with opportunities to connect each week. The Firm seeks a full-time associate to join its bankruptcy and litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and strong analytical abilities. The position requires 2 to 5 years with experience with Chapter 11 or Chapter 7 trustee representation and adversary matters. The Firm offers a hybrid schedule and casual business environment with close working relationships with the entire Firm team. The Firm expects a top-notch work product and also values achieving a work-life balance.
Candidates must be active members of the Colorado Bar in good standing. The salary range is $90,000 – $120,000, depending on experience. Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor P.C. offers excellent benefits ranging from health (100% premium payments for Employees’ Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D), 401(k) with Employer contributions, accrual of 24 days PTO in the first year, nine holidays, a hybrid schedule with two days parking paid downtown.

Litigation Paralegal
Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor P.C. is a professional and engaging environment with opportunities to connect each week. The Firm seeks a full-time Litigation Paralegal to support a team of attorneys in our Business Litigation practice. Must have at least three years of civil litigation experience to be considered for the opening. The Firm expects a top-notch work product and also values achieving a work-life balance. The Firm offers a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing and responding to discovery (including e-discovery needs), reviewing and summarizing various records and deposition transcripts, researching using Westlaw, drafting motions and pleadings, calendaring deadlines, and trial preparation (trial exhibits, charts, trial notebook, voir dire, jury instructions, verdict forms, trial subpoenas, etc.) An ability to work under pressure while remaining flexible, organized, proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and efficient is required. High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a must. Trial Director and ADD/Eclipse are a plus.
The salary range is $55,000 – $85,000, depending on experience.
