Jeffrey A. Weinman has represented Debtors and Creditors in hundreds of Chapter 11 reorganization cases, and has served as counsel to unsecured creditors’ committees in a number of Chapter 11 cases.  Mr. Weinman has served as Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the District of Colorado since 1989.

A few of the larger Chapter 7 Trustee cases Mr. Weinman has represented are Adam Aircraft, Western Pacific Airlines, Jato Communications.  In addition, he has been Plan Trustee in a number of large Chapter 11 cases including Centrix Financial and Integra.
