Drew is an experienced transactional attorney. His real estate practice services clients across the spectrum, from commercial tenants/landlords to private equity firms focused on multi-family, mixed use, and commercial real estate investments across the country. Drew’s business law practice assists clients in matters including corporate structuring and mergers and acquisitions, and serves as “outside general counsel” for small to medium sized businesses and start-ups.

While pursuing his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at the Florida A&M University College of Law, Drew received several academic accolades, including awards in Property Law and Contract Law, served as a Teaching Assistant for Constitutional Law, and was invited to compete in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition. During law school, Drew studied in Himachal Pradesh, India, focusing on international environmental law, international human rights law, and Indian and Tibetan legal philosophy through the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Drew received his Bachelor of the Arts in Philosophy at the University of Central Florida.

Drew is a member of the Real Estate Law and Business Law sections of the Colorado Bar Association and Denver Bar Association, as well as the Colorado Judicial Institute. He serves as an active member of the Front Range community through the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, as a representative of the Denver Bar Association Board of Trustees, and as a volunteer attorney through the Metro Volunteer Lawyers.

He is a passionate musician, rock climber, traveler, and student of literature and history. In his free time, he enjoys his time with his family and Golden Retriever, Charlie.
