James S. Helfrich
James has helped hundreds of clients obtain justice in cases involving securities fraud, breaches of contract and fiduciary duty, bankruptcy, civil rights and environmental violations, illegal business practices, Ponzi schemes, real estate disputes, and bodily injuries.
He has received the highest peer rating from Martindale Hubbell AV®, is a sought-after speaker for continuing legal education seminars, and has been selected by his peers as one of Colorado’s SuperLawyers® annually since 2009.
In addition to his work at Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor P.C., James coordinates volunteer legal aid clinics at the Denver Rescue Mission, Salvation Army of Denver, Providence Network, Communities of Faith United, Samaritan House, and the More Life Center; serves on the advisory board the Justice and Mercy Legal Aid clinic.
