Jeremy T. Jonsen maintains a diverse legal practice focusing on commercial, employment, professional malpractice, civil rights, and cannabis litigation.  He has successfully litigated simple and complex actions for a broad array of clients in mediation, arbitration, state court, and federal court.  Jeremy also has extensive experience representing clients, such as cannabis companies, breweries, and transportation companies, in fundraising, corporate formation, licensing, and leasing transactions.

In law school, Jeremy clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado, served as a judicial intern for Chief Judge Patrick Murphy of the 17th Judicial District, and was a student attorney in the University of Denver Sturm College of Law civil litigation clinic.

In his free time, you can find Jeremy running marathons, hiking in the mountains, and relaxing with his wife, son, and Mini Australian Shepherd.
