One of the foundations of Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor P.C. is our broad-based bankruptcy practice.  We represent creditors, debtors and trustees from initial consultation to litigation in state or federal court, and expertly guide them through this complex area of law.
 
Creditor Representation.  Our clientele includes banks, lenders, landlords and equipment lessors.  We represent these and other secured and unsecured creditors and unsecured creditors’ committees.

Trustee Representation.  We represent Chapter 7 Panel Trustees pursuing assets of bankruptcy estates.  Matters range from turnover of small assets to complex commercial litigation against some of the largest financial institutions in the country.
 
Debtor Representation.  We help navigate the intricate procedures of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 and maximize preservation of assets.
 
Chapter 7.  Typically a case filed under Chapter 7 is the most straightforward means of discharging debt.  With an efficient approach to debt liquidation, we represent businesses and individuals.
